Return Policies

Instore:

All purchases made from our Soul Haus brick and mortar store include a 10 day return option from the orginal purchase date as long as they are unused / unworn and have a receipt or gift receipt. Refunds must be refunded in original tender or exchanged for a Soul Haus credit.

 

Online:

All purchases made online may be returned if they are new and unopened, within 30 days of delivery for a full refund in the tender paid. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item for example).


If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Alternativly, send us an email requesting your return/refund to soulhaus1@aol.com and we will initiate the process.


You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

We can ship within the United States, however, we are not able to ship to a P.O. Box or Outside of the USA.

When you place an order, we will ship the item out on the next business day, priority mail. We offer a flat shipping rate of $8 on all purchases.

During the holidays, we can put a rush on an item for actual additional fees. Please call us at 303) 830-7685 to place your order using this option.

We make every attempt to get your item to you in a timely, safe manner - and pack and track all of our shipments accordingly. If the USPS or FedEx services misplace your package, we will assist you by providing tracking numbers and assistance, however, we can not replace the item, and encourage you to file the proper investigative paperwork with your postal provider.
